At what age can kids start using Spots and Dots products?
Skin changes, due to the onset of puberty, usually happen at around the age of 11 for girls and 13 for boys (give or take). But for some, puberty can start as young as 6. The skin changes will appear as excessive oiliness, larger pores, congestion (bumps under the skin), blackheads and whiteheads. When these changes first start to happen, it's important to establish an effective skincare routine. That's where we come in! Spots and Dots products are gentle enough so they don't dry the skin, and effective enough so they unblock pores and help control oiliness.
What is a skin patch test and why should we do one?
We are all made differently and our bodies can react to ingredients, even healthy, natural ones. A skin patch test is a very easy way to check whether your skin will react to new products. Simply put a small amount of the product on a cleaned patch of your skin and leave it there for up to 24 hours. You can choose a patch on your face, neck or behind your ear. If there is any redness, itchiness, swelling or rash during the 24 hour period, do not continue using the products and contact us at hello@spotsanddots.com.au.
What do you mean by 'No Nasties' in the products?
Spots and Dots uses 100% natural Aussie ingredients, even our preservatives are naturally derived. All our ingredients are sustainable and cruelty free. We don't have any synthetic or artificial stuff in our products. No sulphates, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, or synthetic colours or fragrances. We only want the best for our kids' faces.

Should I use all the products?
Of course! We recommend using all four of the Spots and Dots products for great looking skin: Gel Face Wash, Face Mist, Lightweight Moisturiser and Pink Clay Mask Powder.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us at hello@spotsanddots.com.au first. If we can't resolve the problem, then we ask that you return the products to us by Registered Post. When we have received the products, we will immediately refund the cost of the products.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products safely back to us – we recommend sending them by Registered Post to make sure they return to us. We can't refund the order if we don't receive the unwanted goods. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for Aussie orders $75 and over!
